Study: Metabolism of L-arabinose converges with virulence regulation to promote enteric pathogen fitness
show Abstracthide Abstract
Role of L-arabinose on gene expression in E. coli O157:H7 TUV93-0 where CTRL samples were grown in the absence of L-arabinose and ARA samples were grown in the presence of L-arabinose. Overall design: 3 independent biological replicates were grown in the presence or absence of L-arabinose (total of 6 samples )
Sample: Control, biological replicate 1

Name: GSM8158834
Instrument: NextSeq 500
Strategy: RNA-Seq
Source: TRANSCRIPTOMIC
Selection: cDNA
Layout: SINGLE
Construction protocol: RNA from samples was prepared using a Monarch Total RNA Miniprep kit (New England Biolabs) following the manufacturer's instruction and treated with TURBO DNAse. Concentrations and quality were assessed using Qubit (ThermoFisher Scientific). Ribosomal depletion and library assembly of DNA-free total RNA samples was carried out using an Illumina Ribo-Zero Tru-seq kit according to the manufacturer's specifications.
